South Australian & Family Owned for
over 25 years.
Baylies started from humble beginnings in a small country kitchen, quickly transforming into a small local facility based in Strathalbyn, South Australia.
Over a short period of time, the team at Baylies built an unmatched reputation in the local area - and word began to spread across the country. As word spread, the business began securing larger contracts and a reputation for delivering an unmatched quality of gourmet foods.
Over the years, the business has remained a family affair and it continues to grow from strength to strength. Using Robert's experience and knowledge as a chef, the team are unrelenting in the pursuit of their vision; to create extraordinary food from traditional recipes, delivered with excellence and passion.

Inspired by passion
Belgian Delights is a business inspired by a passion sustained through three generations, to create exquisite couverture chocolates to be shared and enjoyed. The Verstreken family’s enthusiasm for chocolate initially began in Belgium with Pierre Verstreken, a baker, chocolatier and patissier.
Pierre taught his son Robert the skills that would enable him to continue with the family heritage, to create the finest quality chocolates and baked goods.
Following in his father’s footsteps Robert used his expertise to open a successful bakery, patisserie and chocolaterie with his wife Monique in Hoevenen, near Antwerp, in 1971.
Robert and Monique migrated to
Australia in 1987 and opened a specialty chocolate and pastry shop, where they sold their goods to local retail and wholesale clients.

Frank Potts was a man of many talents. At various points throughout his lifetime he was a sailor, a carpenter, a farmer, a boat builder and a winemaker.
Bleasdale Wines, with its rich and colourful history, stands as one of the oldest wineries in Australia with 176 years of continuous winemaking by the direct descendants of the founding Potts family.
Bleasdale rates as one of the leading producers in Australia having been named Halliday Winery of the Year in 2024 and Winemaker of the Year in 2018.
Bleasdale also won the coveted Jimmy Watson Trophy in 2019.

Bird in Hand is a family-owned winery established in 1997 in the Adelaide Hills wine region of South Australia.
With a passion for sustainable, cool-climate winemaking, Bird in Hand also has a commitment to bespoke experiences, social advocacy and contemporary arts.
Expanding beyond the Adelaide Hills into Tasmania, Bird in Hand now produces globally recognised cool-climate wines across four series, each representing a unique aspect of our craftsmanship and dedication to quality.

Flavours of the Garden
We’re Mark & Bek, alongside Jen & John, a family team stepping in as the new caretakers of Bramble & Hedge. We’re reopening with a lot of excitement, and respect for what this beautiful business has been.
Hayley, the original founder and maker, created something truly special: artisan treats with heart, care and flavour - expertly crafted, and inspired by the garden. We want to honour the story she began, and the community that has loved it.
And now, in 2026, this relaunch marks a new season. We’ll keep the roots that matter most - small-batch quality, thoughtful craft, and flavour-led creations including Hayley’s original recipes, which remain part of Bramble & Hedge. And over time, you’ll see our own touch too: fresh ideas, new energy, and a few new blooms along the way.

Our Story
“Chocolate isn’t just a flavour, it’s an experience” – Karel and Kate Vandersteegen
Welcome to Chocolique – a delicious example of what happens when an enthusiastic hobby becomes a passionate way of life.
The story of this sumptuous family business began in Belgium (as all good chocolate stories do) in 2006, when Karel (known as Charlie by his friends), Chocolique’s certified Belgian chocolatier, decided to indulge in a hobby and sign up for evening artisan chocolate making classes.
Over two years he studied, developing his skills as a chocolatier and mastering the art of making the finest quality Belgian chocolates. In 2008 he decided to fulfil another life long dream and migrated to South Australia, where he met the wonderful Kate (by far the prettiest chocolate maker at Chocolique) and fell madly in love.
Together Karel and Kate, using only the finest Belgian chocolate, handcraft indulgent, luxurious chocolates that are as much about the experience as they are about the taste.

Creative Native was founded by South Australian-born chef Andrew Fielke, whose career began in Europe refining his culinary craft. Immersed in cultures where food tells a story, Andrew returned home with fresh eyes and was immediately captivated by the extraordinary flavours of Australian bushfoods — ingredients First Nations People have cooked with for millennia.
In 1992, Andrew opened Red Ochre, one of the first Australian restaurants dedicated to native foods. The restaurant quickly earned multiple awards and helped pioneer a new path for a true Australian cuisine. More than 20 years on, Andrew continues to explore the unique textures and bold flavours of ingredients such as Wattleseed, Lemon Myrtle, and Kakadu Plum — reimagining them in modern menus and value-added products.
Creative Native Foods is now owned and led by Wiradjuri entrepreneur Terri-Ann “Tezzi” Daniel, whose passion lies in revitalising the Australian native food industry through cultural integrity, community collaboration and bold, innovative flavour.
Tezzi’s connection to Country runs deep. She grew up surrounded by the stories, landscapes and ingredients that shape Indigenous culture — and brings that lived experience into every part of the business. Her focus is simple:
Her leadership marks an exciting evolution for Creative Native Foods — one that strengthens its purpose, deepens its cultural roots, and amplifies Indigenous voices within the fast-growing bushfood sector.

About Jo Irvine
As a second-generation winemaker, Jo Irvine had her winemaking career begin at a very early age.
At Levrier Wines by Jo Irvine, we believe perfection is about doing the little things brilliantly. Jo Irvine established Levrier Wines with her partner Peter in 2017 to capture the pure essence of some of the forgotten varietals of the Barossa. Cabernet Franc and Merlot are varietals celebrated for their successful old-world pedigree and have the potential to convey sensory elegance while proven to gratify a broad range of discerning palates alongside the wiser known Barossa varietals such as Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Today, Jo is recognised as one of the leading female Australian winemakers as she passionately and enthusiastically creates textural Cabernet Franc and stylistic Merlot alongside the highly recognised Barossa varieties. Grape varieties, such as Meslier and Zinfandel, have driven Jo throughout her career. Her sparkling Meslier Brut Rosé is one of the rarest sparkling wines worldwide, and her Zinfandel is well-known internationally.

“Life is the flower for which love is the honey” – Victor Hugo
Our journey begins in Australia’s untouched, heritage-listed wilderness, a pristine environment that allows us to produce honey of exceptional purity. To bring this 'liquid gold' to the world, Pure Origins partners with ethical local beekeepers who share our commitment to quality.
Since 2011, we have operated out of our own Australian Government export accredited facility, maintaining strict HACCP and Organic certifications. We believe in total transparency; that’s why every batch of our premium Manuka honey is independently laboratory-tested to verify its authenticity and MGO rating.
From our home in Australia to the USA, Japan, China, Qatar and beyond, we are proud to share a pure piece of our land with families across the globe.
Preserving the Integrity of the Hive
At Pure Origins, we believe that nature shouldn’t be rushed. While many commercial producers use high-heat pasteurization to speed up bottling and create a uniform look, we choose a different path. Our honey is cold-extracted and packed at temperatures often lower than the beehive itself. It takes a little longer to pour, but this patient process ensures that every jar retains its delicate enzymes, natural nutrients, and the potent antibacterial properties that make Manuka honey so special.
We also believe in the power of place. Instead of blending honey from various regions or countries to save on costs, we strictly source from single origins within Australia. What our beekeepers harvest is exactly what we bottle pure, honest, and untouched. From hive to home, it’s honey as nature intended.
