Bird in Hand Pinot Rose
The pinot noir grapes were picked from Bird in Hand’s estate vineyard in Woodside. A captivating blush, pale pink in colour, the wine has a delicate perfumed nose with pink lady apple, red Anjou pear, pink grapefruit and green strawberry with a hint of musk.
Red fruit flavours on the palate are enhanced by a crisp, clean and dry finish. This Rosé wine is beautiful as an aperitif, served chilled, or with a summer fruit dessert such as strawberries and cream. This special bottle was created by acclaimed Australian fashion designer Dion Lee. This wine is vegan friendly.
Bird in Hand Nero D'Avolo
One of the first producers in Australia to make this variety back in 2011, our
2025 Nero d’Avola has evolved to an elegant contemporary style through meticulous fruit selection and modern winemaking techniques that puts purity of fruit at the forefront.
The 2025 vintage in the Adelaide Hills was marked by an early start to harvest and a consistently warm, dry growing season that delivered pristine fruit and exceptional quality across the region. Grapes were harvested in the early morning from a typically low yielding single vineyard in Kersbrook, northern Adelaide Hills. Maturation occurred in large format French oak prior to blending, ready for an early release.
In the glass, the 2025 Nero d’Avola presents a vivid ruby core with garnet edges, offering a glimpse of its youth. The nose is lifted and expressive, opening with bright red fruits - cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate. Subtle oak handling allows a delicate backdrop of baking spice, without overshadowing the fruit.
The palate is juicy and energetic, with red cherry and cranberry leading the charge. A gentle evolution reveals tangy notes of redcurrant, balanced by a savoury undertone reminiscent of dried Mediterranean herbs. Tannins are finely grained and supple and the finish is clean, refreshing, and persistent.
This stunning bottle was created in collaboration with acclaimed Australian fashion designer Dion Lee.
Bird in Hand Pinot Grigio
The Adelaide Hills is renowned for many of Australia’s finest white varietals and the cool climate is an ideal environment for producing the
Italian style Pinot Grigio.
Pinot Gris grapes were sourced from premium cool-climate Adelaide Hills vineyards in Macclesfield and Cuddlee Creek. Fruit was harvested in the cool of morning to ensure extraction of the most vibrant fruit.
Pale straw in colour, this Pinot Grigio has intense aromatics of fresh Corella pears and delicate floral notes. On the palate, expect precise crystalline flavours concentrated on citrus, white peach and Nashi pear. The wine has great length and persistence of flavour with an enchanting chalky texture.
This Pinot Grigio is best enjoyed young. It is a great partner to Italian antipasti and fresh seafood dishes such as crayfish and scallops. This special bottle was created by acclaimed Australian fashion designer Dion Lee.
This wine is vegan friendly.
Bleasdale Mulberry Tree
With deep alluvial floodplains and the maritime influence of Lake Alexandrina, Langhorne Creek is home to some of Australia’s best soils
and growing conditions.
Frank Potts realised this when he established Bleasdale in 1850. The iconic Mulberry Tree vineyard, named after the ancient tree that grows adjacent to the vineyard on the banks of the Bremer River, consistently produces fruit
of exceptional quality.
TASTING NOTES
This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with intense aromas of mixed berries, woody herbs, dark chocolate and violets.
The palate is smooth and persistent, with blackcurrant and spicy oak flavours, before finishing with soft and subtle tannins.
BLEASDALE
Bleasdale Bremerview Shiraz
When Frank Potts established Bleasdale on the Langhorne Creek floodplain in 1850, he built a system of locks and weirs to capture and use floodwaters from the Bremer River to irrigate his vines. Many of Langhorne Creek’s vineyards, including Bleasdale’s Bremerview vineyard, still rely on his original flood irrigation system that comes into operation when the river naturally overflows to the vineyards planted along its banks.
TASTING NOTES
A true expression of Langhorne Creek Shiraz, this is a medium bodied wine showing intense lifted spice aromas and dark berry fruit.
The palate is long and silky with fine tannins, offering juicy plum and blackberry fruits, with notes of clove and pepper.

During the 1870s Imperial Russia was considered the British Empire’s most dangerous enemy. On the distant shores of South Australia, a very real (but quite unfounded) fear of invasion followed, and volunteers were rallied to keep the marauding Russians at bay.
Frank Potts led the local army equipped with his trusty muzzle-loader ‘The Iron Duke’, named for the Duke of Wellington.
This wine celebrates Frank’s community leadership.
TASTING NOTES
A best of the best barrel selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, distinctive varietal and regional character with notes of violets, cedar and cassis, finely tempered tannins and a long finish.

As a second-generation winemaker, Jo Irvine had her winemaking career begin
at a very early age.
At Levrier Wines by Jo Irvine, we believe perfection is about doing the little things brilliantly. Jo Irvine established Levrier Wines with her partner Peter in 2017 to capture the pure essence of some of the forgotten varietals of the Barossa. Cabernet Franc and Merlot are varietals celebrated for their successful old-world pedigree and have the potential to convey sensory elegance while proven to gratify a broad range of discerning palates alongside the wiser known Barossa varietals such as Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Today, Jo is recognised as one of the leading female Australian winemakers as she passionately and enthusiastically creates textural Cabernet Franc and stylistic Merlot alongside the highly recognised Barossa varieties. Grape varieties, such as Meslier and Zinfandel, have driven Jo throughout her career. Her sparkling Meslier Brut Rosé is one of the rarest sparkling wines worldwide, and her Zinfandel is well-known internationally.
Levrier Wines produces approximately 4,000 cases annually, utilising long-established relationships with key growers on single vineyard parcels of fruit. Jo connected to a key group of vignerons from Barossa Valley, Eden Valley and Adelaide Hills, working with each to ensure these lesser-known varietals are highly esteemed.
Jo takes great pride in connecting various contributing forces to create eloquence in her wines. Her wines are driven by the importance of texture, elegance, and expression of place at a moment in time. Jo works closely with site-specific vignerons she works with to provide hands-on viticulture, while her hand-crafted care and attention to detail of each barrel define the wines. Her commitment and enthusiasm are unrivalled, and her age-worthy wines are memorable to the last drop.
Jo continues to believe the love of winemaking must be reflected in every sip!
